In 2023, Hanes Renovations performed an industrial building repaint for a Winston-Salem, NC based real estate/investment corporation. The site is a complex of mixed buildings from structural CMU, metal sided and timber-frame construction totally 96,428 SF. As always, Hanes Renovations began the project with a full-scale pressure washing/cleaning of all painted surfaces. CMU buildings received Sherwin Williams Loxon Masonry Primer and an applied two-color finish of A-100 Satin. The metal structures also received a two-color finish scheme in Sherwin Williams High Performance Acrylic (DTM).
