Another Industrial building renovation performed by Hanes Renovations. The industrial complex was a mixture of CMU, brick and metal siding. Due to the age of the masonry buildings, the mortar was badly damaged. After priming but before the finish application, Hanes Renovations repaired and strengthened the mortar with white epoxy sealant.
