Another Industrial building renovation performed by Hanes Renovations. The industrial complex was a mixture of CMU, brick and metal siding. Due to the age of the masonry buildings, the mortar was badly damaged. After priming but before the finish application, Hanes Renovations repaired and strengthened the mortar with white urethane sealant. Two finish coat applications of Sherwin Williams semi-gloss Super Paint. All metals received Sherwin Williams Pr0-Industrial High Performance Acrylic.
