FULL-SCALE HISTORIC REPAINT - RALEIGH, NC

The over 140-year-old Heck-Andrews House is a historic mansion only a few hundred feet from the NC Governor’s Mansion in downtown Raleigh, NC. The house once owned by the state of North Carolina, now by the NC REALTORS Association, is a perfect example of the Second Empire style. In 2014, Hanes Renovations, performed a full-scale exterior paint renovation to this beautiful home. The project consisted of cleaning, priming and as noted in the photos below, a custom paint application. A great suggestion from the project’s architect, Hanes Renovations also created a faux mahogany wood grain finish on the home’s six 9’ entrance doors.

Even years later, Hanes Renovations continues to be proud of this project.
