Hanes Renovations specializes in commercial and industrial repaints. We believe the foundation to a great “paint job” is based on its preparation. Most repaints are requested and performed 5-10 years too late. As a result, water/moisture infiltration or poorly applied paint applications, from the past, have started to cause the block/stucco/metal to crack, peel and most often flake-off in sheets. Hanes Renovations never applies primers/paint finishes without thoroughly cleaning surfaces by process of pressure/soft washing and or chemical cleaning. A properly prepared surface covered with a quality finish will protect and last for years to come. Overall, protecting and enhancing the investment.
