The industrial building had approximately 29,000 square feet of neglected metal roof which was exhibiting surface rust along with severe rust and deterioration along panel seams and screw fasteners. Hanes Renovations cleaned the surface with high pressure, repaired damaged areas with a system of reinforcing mesh and elastomeric roof coating and provided a complete coating application using High Performance Acrylic coating material supplied by Sherwin Williams Paints.
