INDUSTRIAL REPAINT - MOCKSVILLE, NC

Facade Repaint of a 185,742 SF industrial building in Mocksville NC. Renovation included full-scale pressure washing, applied masonry primer and 100% Acrylic finish coat application. Prior to finish coat application, all holes and cracks present in the masonry surfaces were thoroughly caulked with 50-year acrylic sealant. All metal surfaces to include the metal windows frames were cleaned and finish coated with Direct-to-Metal High Performance Acrylic.
