FULL-SCALE SHOPPING CENTER REPAINT - CHARLESTON, SC

Hanes Renovations performed a full-scale repaint of a grocer anchored shopping center in Charleston, SC. As always, the project consisted of a complete high pressure water/chemical cleaning of all brick, concrete and painted surfaces. Brick received Sherwin Williams Loxon Masonry primer with 100% acrylic finish coating. All metals received a Sherwin Williams UV resistant High Performance Acrylic coating. Please note below, that in most cases we can save the owner replacement expense by cleaning and painting older/dirty canopy ceilings.
